President and Vice President

Chris Copeland grew up in the Los Angeles area with a good family background and was taught by his family at very young age that responsibility, hard work and working smart was key to a successful life. When he was a young adult he had his first opportunity to learn a trade in the patio construction industry as an installers helper, and soon developed into a well trained, organized, meticulous installer himself. Working with many successful companies in managing installation crews he learned the importance of customer satisfaction and how to achieve that.

When Chris relocated to San Diego County he had an opportunity to start his own company in March of 1987. With his experience and knowledge of construction, customer relations and sales ability, Skyline Sunrooms soon developed a great reputation and became a success. That success was obtained through pride, integrity, good service, confidence and hard work.

Although Chris has successfully trained his entire staff in all aspects of the company and how to create complete customer satisfaction, he is still actively involved in the daily operation of Skyline Sunrooms and is always willing to roll up his sleeves and lend a hand in reaching that goal.

Lori (Massimino) Copeland was born on the East Coast and moved to Orange County in 1978. Raised in a very loving Italian family she was taught to do a good job, learn as much as you can, be generous and good to everyone you meet. As a teenager, trying to find her calling she developed a good sense of accounting skills and even dabbled a bit in the sales and marketing area.

When re-located to the San Diego area Lori had an opportunity to start a patio construction company with Chris Copeland. Knowing from the very start that the two could make it a success, she agreed. Lori set up the Administrative Department, designed different strategies for marketing ideas, assisted Chris in the Sales Department, and coordinated construction with customers.

For Lori, going the extra mile for customers, employees and business associates and always striving to "make it a better place" is what makes working with Skyline Sunrooms such a pleasant experience for all.

Chris and Lori have grown to admire and respect each others different strengths and abilities. Out of that mutual admiration and respect they have also created a wonderful marriage and family with two beautiful daughters, and a staff of incredible individuals that contribute to the daily success of Skyline Sunrooms.
